3D DINOPEDIA PRIVACY POLICY
Technical Capabilities International Limited built the 3D Dinopedia app as a Commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by Technical Capabilities International Limited and is intended for use as is.This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.
If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at 3D Dinopedia website unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.
APP STORE DATA
The respective app stores, such as Apple’s App Store and Google Play, collect anonymous sales and usage statistics, and disclose it to us.
TRUEDEPTH API TECHNOLOGIES
We use TrueDepth API technologies (ARKit, with automatic estimation of the real-world directional lighting environment) to create AR effects within the App. The only use of this information is to provide valuable user features. None of the information collected by the TrueDepth API ever leaves the user’s device. We do not share information with third parties, do not store or process in any other way the data which we accessed and used via TrueDepth API. In order for this functionality to be possible, the app requires access to your device's camera. This access can be toggled on or off at any time in your device's settings.
The camera images and resulting depth data are only used for gameplay purposes. The live video feed is never used, and its data is never stored locally or remotely. Camera access is required to get depth data from Apple's API's.
This data is stored on the device only for the duration of your current game session. Every time the home screen is presented or the app is closed, the data is deleted. This data is used to make your gameplay experience more enjoyable and prevent accidental jumps.
LOG DATA
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
WHAT WE DO WITH THE INFORMATION WE GATHER
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
- To personalize your experience: Your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs.
- To improve our website and products: We continually strive to improve our offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you.

By downloading, accessing, purchasing, subscribing to, or using the 3D Dinopedia app, website, software, content, features, or related services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using 3D Dinopedia.
These Terms & Conditions apply to 3D Dinopedia, which is owned and operated by Technical Capabilities International Limited.
If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you must not use the app or the Service.
Licence and Intellectual Property
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use 3D Dinopedia for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms & Conditions and any applicable platform terms.
You are not allowed to copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, attempt to extract the source code of, translate, or create derivative works based on the app, any part of the app, or any related content, except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
The app itself, including its trademarks, trade names, designs, graphics, text, software, database rights, copyright, and other intellectual property rights, belongs to Technical Capabilities International Limited or its licensors.
The Service
3D Dinopedia provides educational and entertainment content, including dinosaur-related 3D models, information, interactive features, and other digital content. Some parts of the Service may be available free of charge, while other parts may require payment, an in-app purchase, or an active subscription.
We reserve the right to update, change, improve, suspend, remove, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, subject to applicable law and these Terms & Conditions.
Payments, In-App Purchases, and Subscriptions
3D Dinopedia may offer paid features, paid content, one-time in-app purchases, consumable purchases, non-consumable purchases, subscriptions, auto-renewable subscriptions, free trials, introductory offers, promotional offers, or other paid digital products.
Purchases may be made through the platform or store where you downloaded or accessed the app, including the Apple App Store, Google Play, Steam, or any other authorised app store, marketplace, distributor, or payment provider. Each such platform may have its own terms, conditions, payment rules, refund rules, subscription rules, and account requirements.
Before you make a purchase or subscribe, the app or the relevant platform will display the product, price, billing period, renewal terms, included features, and any trial or promotional terms that apply. By confirming a purchase or subscription, you authorise the relevant platform or payment provider to charge your selected payment method.
We will not charge you for the app, a feature, a subscription, or any paid content without making it clear what you are paying for.
Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
If you purchase an auto-renewable subscription, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel it before the renewal date in accordance with the rules of the platform through which you subscribed.
The subscription period, price, included benefits, renewal date, and any free trial or introductory offer will be shown before you confirm your subscription.
Your payment will be charged to the account or payment method connected to the platform through which you subscribed, such as your Apple ID, Google Play account, Steam account, or other applicable platform account.
Deleting the app, stopping use of the app, or removing the app from your device does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must cancel your subscription through the account settings or subscription management tools provided by the platform where you made the purchase.
Managing and Cancelling Subscriptions
You are responsible for managing and cancelling your subscription through the platform where the subscription was purchased.
For example:
- Apple App Store subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID subscription settings.
- Google Play subscriptions are managed through your Google Play subscription settings.
- Steam subscriptions, where available, are managed through your Steam account and Steam’s subscription or account tools.
- Other platform subscriptions must be managed through the relevant platform account or payment provider.
If you cancel a subscription, you may continue to access the subscribed features until the end of the current paid subscription period, unless the relevant platform rules state otherwise. After the subscription period ends, access to subscription-only features may stop.
Free Trials, Introductory Offers, and Promotions
We may offer free trials, introductory prices, promotional prices, discounts, or other special subscription offers.
The terms of each offer will be displayed before you accept it. Unless the offer terms state otherwise, a free trial or promotional subscription may automatically convert into a paid subscription at the end of the trial or promotional period unless you cancel before the renewal or billing date.
Only one trial or promotional offer may be available per user, account, platform account, device, or subscription group, unless we or the relevant platform state otherwise.
One-Time In-App Purchases
3D Dinopedia may offer one-time in-app purchases, such as access to additional content, features, models, packs, or other digital items.
Some purchases may be non-consumable, meaning they can be restored or accessed again where supported by the platform and your account. Other purchases may be consumable, meaning they are used up after redemption or use and may not be restorable.
Digital purchases do not have cash value, are not a deposit or currency account, and may not be transferred, exchanged, resold, or redeemed for money, except where required by law or expressly allowed by the applicable platform.
Access to Purchased Content
Access to purchased content or subscription benefits may depend on your platform account, device, internet connection, app version, location, and continued availability of the Service.
Where supported by the relevant platform, purchases and subscriptions may be available across devices connected to the same platform account. However, purchases made through one platform, such as Apple App Store, Google Play, or Steam, may not automatically transfer to another platform unless we expressly state that cross-platform access is supported.
We may need to verify your purchase, receipt, subscription status, or platform entitlement before enabling access to paid content. If a purchase cannot be verified, access may be delayed, limited, suspended, or removed.
Price Changes and Subscription Changes
We may change subscription plans, prices, included features, or available purchase options from time to time.
Where required, the relevant platform will notify you of subscription price changes or request your consent before the new price applies. If you do not agree to a price change, you must cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
We will not remove paid access that you have already received for the current paid subscription period, except where required for legal, technical, safety, security, fraud-prevention, or platform compliance reasons.
Refunds
Refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store, Google Play, Steam, or another third-party platform are handled by the platform where the purchase was made and are subject to that platform’s refund policies.
We do not control platform refund decisions and may not be able to issue refunds directly for purchases processed by a third-party platform.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any consumer rights, cancellation rights, refund rights, or statutory rights that you may have under applicable law.
Platform Terms
Your use of 3D Dinopedia may also be subject to the terms and policies of the platform through which you downloaded, accessed, purchased, or subscribed to the app, including the Apple App Store, Google Play, Steam, or any other authorised platform.
If there is a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and the payment, billing, subscription, cancellation, or refund rules of the platform through which you made a purchase, the relevant platform rules will apply to that payment, billing, subscription, cancellation, or refund issue.
Third-Party Services
The app uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you or provide functionality within the Service.
Third-party service providers used by the app may include:
- Google Play Services
- Google Analytics for Firebase
- Unity
- Apple services, where applicable
- Google Play Billing, where applicable
- Steam services, where applicable
- Other analytics, hosting, payment, platform, or technical service providers that support the app
Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Privacy and Personal Data
The 3D Dinopedia app stores and processes personal data that you provide to us or that is collected through your use of the Service, in order to provide, improve, secure, analyse, and support the Service.

It is your responsibility to keep your device, account, and access to the app secure. We recommend that you do not jailbreak, root, or otherwise modify your device in ways that remove security protections or operating system restrictions. Doing so may make your device vulnerable to malware, viruses, malicious programs, or security issues, and may cause 3D Dinopedia to work improperly or not at all.
Internet Connection and Data Charges
Certain features of the app require an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider.
Technical Capabilities International Limited is not responsible if the app does not work fully or properly because you do not have internet access, sufficient data allowance, or a functioning network connection.
If you use the app outside an area with Wi-Fi, your mobile network provider’s terms will still apply. You may be charged by your mobile provider for data usage, roaming, or other network charges. You are responsible for any such charges.
If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you use the app, we assume that you have permission from the bill payer to use the app and make any purchases or subscriptions.
Device Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that your device remains charged, compatible, secure, and able to run the app. Technical Capabilities International Limited is not responsible if you are unable to use the Service because your device has no battery, is damaged, is incompatible, lacks storage, has no internet connection, or cannot run the required operating system version.
Accuracy of Information
We endeavour to keep the information and content in 3D Dinopedia accurate, useful, and up to date. However, some information may be based on third-party sources, scientific interpretations, educational materials, or content that may change over time.
Technical Capabilities International Limited accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, that you experience as a result of relying wholly on information provided through the app.
Updates to the App
We may update the app from time to time. The app is currently available on Android and iOS, and may also be made available on other platforms. Platform requirements, operating system requirements, device requirements, and app features may change over time.
You may need to download updates in order to continue using the app or certain features. We do not promise that we will always update the app so that it remains compatible with every device, operating system version, or platform.
Where an update is required for security, legal compliance, platform compliance, payment functionality, or continued operation of the Service, you may be unable to continue using some or all of the app unless you install the update.
Termination
We may stop providing the app or the Service, or terminate or suspend access to the app or the Service, at any time, subject to applicable law.
Unless we tell you otherwise, upon termination:
- the rights and licences granted to you in these Terms & Conditions will end;
- you must stop using the app; and
- if required, you must delete the app from your device.
Termination of your access to the app does not automatically cancel any active subscription. You remain responsible for cancelling subscriptions through the platform where the subscription was purchased.
Changes to These Terms & Conditions
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. If we make changes, we will post the updated Terms & Conditions on this page and update the effective date.
You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Continued use of the app after updated Terms & Conditions are posted means that you accept the updated Terms & Conditions.
